NAME OF THE SOCIETY :- The name of the open group shall be EISGA Foundation
REGISTERED OFFICE :- The registered office of the open group shall remain in INDIA and at present is it at B-78, Chuna Bhatti, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi -110015.
AREA :- The area of the open group shall be confined to the whole National Territory of India.
CHARACTER :- This open group is a non-political, sectarian, non-communal and non-profitable in character.
